I will NEVER book this...
- What did you like most?The location is right off the highway.
- Was there anything you didn't like?I was very late checking in due to a blow out we had. Made it to the hotel at 12am. I called ahead to confirm the property address. The black lady at the front desk was very rude. When I asked to confirm, she sighed and said “It’s confirmed.” I asked how did she know when I hadn’t provided my name. She then stated my first and last name. I told her that I wasn’t aware she was able to confirm by the caller identification. She was very stern and smelled loudly of cigarette smoke when I arrived. The bathroom sink wasn’t cleaned out at all and had lots of hair stuck to the sink that only washed down after I scrubbed it. The floor in my room had food stains dropped on the floor. The bed is very uncomfortable with springs poked into my skin. I booked a double bed occupancy and the spare bed had hair all over the bedspread as if a woman with long blonde hair, brushed her hair while seated on the bed and no one came behind to clean. The water in the shower did not get hot enough to my liking. My stay was a disaster! I stated cleaning once I entered the room. I should have taken photos.
