- What did you like most?I can not understand how this hotel has so good ratings!! Except of the location tha is in a very good place and the room tha was big nothing else was good!! First of all i was trying 2days to book a taxi from the rail station to the hotel..2 ours before my arrival i call the hotel and they tell me something was wrong with the e mail and i have to send again an email to the reception!! But they told me that is difficult to manage it!!finally i find a taxi out of the station in my own!! When we arrive and we made the check in finally we go to the room and our mini bar was empty!!no water no nothing!!they also did not put anything in the mini bar and in the other days!it was empthy in all the stay!! We didnt have enough shampoos and shower gel for two people. There were 2 tiny bottles barely enough for one so we buy from outside!! The water was hot only if one of us.was taking a shower..for the second it was cold!! Another thing was we were struggling with the elevator..one elevator for 50 rooms is not enough!! And the breakfast except from the deserts the hot variety was very bad!! Sunny side eggs that were black, bacon thas has bad smell, saugages like plastic, the fresh juice was water with syrup etc etc!! A lot of things need to change in this hotel!!
