Deposit not yet refunded -...
- Was there anything you didn't like?They took 75$ deposit from My Credit Card…. After one week, I haven‘t get that money back…! In spite I Write two Emails to the hotel….! Terrible Customer Service!! Also, be aware that the Shuttle Bus only take a max of 14 people, and they give priority to children and Airline Crew Members (including their Family traveling with them) It was not advertised nor advised when doing the check in…! I did manage to get on time! But the Stress it caused me, ruined my day!!
