Exceptional
- What did you like most?The staff we encountered were all very pleasant, the man who check us in was exceptionally pleasant and friendly! The pool and hot tub were both wonderful and the room was very clean and we could even see a little bit of the harbour from our room without a harbourview room. Very happy with our stay!

Overpriced for an underwhelming experience.
- What did you like most?Connection to pedway. Answered a phone promptly and quick response with noise complaint (dog continuously barking for hours). Room was relatively clean and had air conditioning.
- Was there anything you didn't like?Hallway on 2nd floor has a TERRIBLE musty smell. Not sure where the washing facilities are, but we could hear a washer spinning out (noisily) during the evening/night. Hair in the bathroom, grout in shower could have been cleaner and there was some mold in the corner. Booked for 3 people, but set up for 2 (drinking glasses, coffee). Only one extra blanket (thin). Noisy neighbors (loud after midnight). No free WiFi (unless I became a Bonvoy member, maybe??).
