- What did you like most?Location was good. Hotel offered and arranged for me nearby public parking facility which I used and was super convenient. Some employees (Pierre-Emmanuel & Morgane were helpful and friendly)...
- Was there anything you didn't like?A lot of things: room was supposed to have A/C, but it was not working (front desk employee told me "the hotel company shut A/C down because last week most hotel guests were complaining it was to cold and they could not control room temperature; therefore hotel company set up temperature at 18/19 C; it is fixed and we cannot do anything"; he politely got a FAN for us (which was accepted)! Sofa bed had a big and nasty stain on it (we had to cover it with bed sheets); shower floor was dirty and slippery (we went to Carrefour Express less than 1 km from the hotel and purchased cleaning products to use it there); bathroom faucet and hanging towel devices on door were super loose; and 'the cherry on top of the icing" was that the last night stay when going to the airport -at around 5AM last Friday- I wake up with the feeling that "something pricked my right hip" and it was correct: I found several small bugs in the bed!!! and I had an insect bite on my right hip!!! That's is unacceptable! Another thing is: to open the room door (room 605) one must had two hands free because after using the card to open it one must pull the door hard towards you and maneuvering the door handle to try to get it open (normally after 2/3 attempts one may be able to open it or simply call a family member inside the bedroom to open it for you)! The funny thing is that every morning when exiting the hotel we saw several housekeeping hotel employees and someone who seems to be managing them; it is very clear to me that those employees and the head of housekeeping ARE not doing their job! I advise Booking.com to supervise a little bit the properties you advertise in your web platform! This hotel could not be there! Our experience at Apart'City Classique Bordeaux Centre is one to forget!!!
